What are your delivery times?

FAST & FABULOUS Vinyl & Fabric labels are dispatched in 4 working days from confirmation of your payment.
EXPRESS ORDERS are dispatched in 10 working days in an Australia Post Express Post bag. These bags are an overnight service to capital cities and most centres close to them in Australia.
Orders received before 10:30am on any day will have that day counted as day 1.
NORMAL ORDERS are dispatched in approx 3 working weeks, or sooner if we can. 3 weeks may sound like a long time, but our labels are really unique! Our labels and other items are truly personalized – we put your name on as many of our products as possible!! You can choose a myriad of print styles, vinyl colours and pictures on your labels. Our labels are made using a unique process that takes some days to create and complete, but the process results in great looking and really durable labels!

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as we regret that no refund can be given if you simply change your mind.
Refunds are not generally given but may be in certain circumstances at discretion of management and these refunds will incur an administrative fee of a minimum of $5 or 5% of the total order for orders over $100. As our items are personalized we regret that we are not able to refund you for any personalized products if production of that item has commenced.

What are your Express Delivery Charges?

Minimum Express Price $15.

$15 can be for 6 small light items, increments of 3 items after that cost $4.
Some heavier or larger items count as 2 or more items as they cost more to post.

When do you require payment for the orders?

Payment is required prior to us commencing any order. This is because our items are personalied and we are unable to re-sell any items. If you are sending a cheque, we will begin processing your order once the cheque is received. If you are paying by credit card, it will be charged upon our receipt of your order.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment for orders can be made in several ways

I am unable to add items to my shopping cart

- Like many eCommerce websites this website uses cookies for storing your order whilst you are on the site until you have checked out. If for any reason you have your browser cookies disabled then you will not be able to add items to your shopping cart.
To rectify this problem when using Internet Explorer do the following:

Along the top menu select Tools / Internet Options
Then select Privacy and move the slider to the Medium High setting. Select Apply.

To rectify the problem using Netcape do the following:

Along the top menu select Edit / Preferences
Then select Privacy and Security / Cookies and select Enable Cookies then OK

My username and password are not accepted during the checkout process

- During checkout, you will be asked for a Username and Password. This is only for shoppers returning to the site that have purchased from us online in the past. Doing so will save you a heap of time filling in your details again. If this is your first time shopping with us online then you need to select a username and password for future reference - choose anything you like for this but make it memorable and preferably something unique to this site.

What colours are in the Next Generation Pack?

Glow in the dark, orange neon, black, clear, sparkly blue, purple & silver

What colours are in the Perfectly Pink Pack?

All these labels have a pink theme. You receive pink vinyl, white, black and clear vinyl with pink ink, silver sparkle vinyl with pink ink, pink sparkle vinyl, & neon pink vinyl.

Can I get only pink?

Yes by ordering the Fast & Fab Vinyl Labels.

Can I get only ONE colour of vinyl? What colours are available?

You can choose only ONE colour for all your vinyls in a set by ordering our Fast & Fab Vinyl Labels.
These colours are available as single colours:- red, bright blue, navy, purple, lime, orange, pink, black, maroon, yellow gold, bottle green, brown & royal blue.

What colours do the vinyl labels come in?

We have a few options –

- Assorted colour pack with pink (includes red, navy, bright blue, purple, lime, orange & pink)
- Assorted colour pack with black (includes red, navy, bright blue,
purple, lime, orange & black)
- one colour only in the set. Choose ONE of the following – red,

Do you do rounded corners?

Yes, our Fast & Fab Vinyl labels come with rounded corners

What are the advantages and disadvantages of each type of vinyl?

Multi-coloured - this is our most durable and versatile label. These labels are dishwasher and microwave safe. All colours are perfect for dry applications and the microwave. Light blue and orange labels are best for dry applications. These labels can also be re-applied to other surfaces easily and won't leave a sticky residue behind. The process involved in making these labels is quite involved and so these labels take a bit longer to produce.

Clear - These labels are dishwasher and microwave safe. These labels look great on clear surfaces or on a block colour. The process involved in making these labels is quite involved and so these labels take a bit longer to produce.

Fast & Fabulous - these labels are great when you need your labels in a rush! They have rounded edges for extra durability. They are great in the dishwasher and microwave and will last for ages, but they are not as durable as our original multi-coloured labels.

Perfectly Pink & Next Generation - Great for wet & dry applications. Sparkly labels are best for dry applications and are not suitable for use in the microwave. Other than the sparklies, all colours are perfect for the dishwasher & microwave. These labels can also be re-applied to other surfaces easily and won't leave a sticky residue behind. The process involved in making these labels is quite involved and so these labels take a bit longer to produce.

All Vinyl labels - are not recommended for use on Avent bottles used in steam sterilisers.

FABRIC LABELS

Do your fabric labels really work?

Yes! We have been in business since February 1995 and have sold lots of fabric labels all around Australia and overseas. Just remember to use a coolish iron and look for the clear ring of glue around the edge of the label. That means that the glue has melted.

ART WORK

Can I send an email with my artwork required on my magnets/labels etc?

Yes. Please send an email explaining what you’d like (with an order number if you have placed an online order) to artwork@younameitlabels.com or sales@younameitlabels.com . When sending an attachment for artwork for fabrics it is best to send it as a tiff file or a jpeg. It is good to have a high resolution and no greyscale.
When sending artwork for magnets it is best to send a jpeg file or to post a clean original copy that is not written on, stapled or folded.

Is there a charge for you to incorporate my artwork?

Yes. Generally it is just a $15 once-off fee. Please contact us for more details.

Can I send in an original photo for you to scan into my Funky Fridge Frames?

Yes. You can email or post in a photo or some photos for us to use on your Funky Fridge Frames. The cost for this is $5 per photo you send (plus the cost of the Frames).
